Buy to let clinic

No matter how much planning you do, and no matter how careful you are, things can still go wrong.

Do any of the following sound familiar:

  •  your tenant stops paying rent
  •  you are having difficulty remortgaging to an affordable mortgage rate
  •  you are having difficulty finding a tenant
  •  the leasehold management company do not appear to be maintaining the property adequately
  •  you are not sure what expenses are allowable for tax
  •  etc. etc

Problems can arise no matter how prepared you are. And if you did not adequately prepare before you entered into buy to let, then the chances are you have experienced at least one of the above.

Due to the state of the UK sales market there is now a large number of what have been termed "accidental landlords". These are property owners who were unable to sell their property and instead took the decision to let it out.

It was therefore not a definite decision to move into buy to let. It was a response to a poor sales market. Consequently, these "accidental landlords" may not have planned adequately for the issues involved in owning a buy to let property.

In response to this I have introduced a series of buy to let clinics. This gives you the opportunity to "ask the experts" and raise the queries that you are trying to resolve.

The clinics will be done as a teleseminar. The experts who will speak on each occasion and the issues that will be discussed will depend on the demand highlighted from the website.

Therefore if you have a query, please register your interest on the form and reply to the e mail asking you to state the problem. Similar queries will then be amalgamated and an appropriate time will be arranged for the query to be put to the expert.

Don't worry if you are not available for the phone in. The call will be recorded and will be available for subsequent download.

So if you have any specific queries or any general issues you would like to raise please complete the form below.

I look forward to helping you sort your problem.
