Hello, my name is Mary Waring & I am the founder and Managing Director of Mary Waring Associates Ltd Picture of Mary Waring

Mary Waring Associates Ltd was set up in response to the number of people I met who voiced a desire to acquire a residential buy to let portfolio but did not know how to start.

There were many reasons noted but they all tended to fall into one of the following:

lack of knowledge
lack of time
lack of interest to spend the time or to acquire the knowledge.

Some people are keen to learn everything they need to get started on purchasing their first buy to let or building an investment property portfolio. For those people this website and the various learning guides and seminars will provide all the necessary information.

Others will be keen to build a portfolio but do not have the time. They want a fully integrated service provided for them.

My experience for this:
